PHOTO RENDERING

Whether you need a full wrap, partial wrap, or decals, we've got you covered. If you are looking to design your own vehicle wrap to be installed by a professional car wrap company, it is important to consider a couple of important tips. We realize that many people want to be able to design their own vehicle wraps, so we are always happy to offer insight into the best way to do this for yourself. As said before, this is the alternate way of changing the color of your vehicle.

Custom Colorsdiscontinued color

That custom design you loved so much would undoubtedly limit the resale market. With a vinyl wrap, however, you can remove it, restore the car to its original appearance, and tap into a much larger potential group of customers. If you are modifying your car to boost performance and you want to make a visual change to go along with it, you could apply a carbon fiber-patterned vinyl wrap to your car's hood. Real carbon fiber hoods are a common weight-saving measure for race cars, but you can get that sporty look without paying through the nose for an actual carbon fiber hood.

But, eventually, the manufacturer’s color may begin to seep through as the wrap endures scuffs and scratches. These may vary from printer to printer so don’t assume you know. The goal is to have everything printer-ready as some car wrap files can be heavily detailed and complex.

Budget-Friendly Advertising

We provide wrapping, design and installation services to small , medium and enterprise clients as well as personal custom projectsfor individuals. Over 8 years of providing quality car wraps , van wraps , truck wraps , bus wraps and fleet graphics for Los Angeles county. Feel free to send us an email or give us a call so we can discuss your next graphics project. The installation time for custom vehicle graphics varies based on the project's size and complexity. For simpler designs, like basic decals or partial wraps, it usually takes about 1-2 hours.

Create stunning photos that truly reflect your vision. Enhance your pictures and videos with our advanced camera mode. Experience greater control by adjusting the depth of field, zoom, and focus. Projects run for 7 days, but you can shorten them to as little as 1 day if you're in a hurry. Many entries come in the last few days of a project, and we encourage you to wait until the project ends before picking your favorite (tell us if you want to close the project early).

READYDESIGNS

A matte finish is a popular option for sportier cars, but carbon fiber and metallic finishes can be eye-catching as well. You can also expand your options and explore complex designs with digitally printed vinyl. Do you have to commit to wrapping the whole vehicle from bumper to bumper? You can focus on individual panels to protect against specific dangers or to achieve a particular look. The vinyl film is applied one panel at a time, so you have complete control over how much of your car is covered. Here, we'll show you how custom car wraps can take your brand visibility to the next level.

Talented creatives, lots of choice.

Play with different colors and positions to see how it could look in real life. This means you can scale the graphics up or down while maintaining image quality. Because cars have a large printing surface, this function can be useful. Graphic designers commonly use Illustrator to create vector graphics. Vector images and graphics are made of points, lines, shapes, and curves based on mathematical formulas rather than a set amount of pixels. If you’re looking for a simple monotone (one-color) design, then a decal is what you need.

Enjoy the convenience and quality of our pro-grade, DIY-ready films and get to wrapping. Together with you, our highly skilled design team will lay down the foundations of your business. We create strong and unique visual identities, logo design, corporate and advertising material.

With our unlimited designs, you can customize your car, motorbike, yacht, or any other ride. We’ll wrap your car, van or truck—whatever you’re driving—with a fast, quality custom vehicle wrap from the pros. Fortunately, there are a few places in Los Angeles to get your car wrapped but if you want quality work backed by more than a decade of experience you have come to the right place. Make an impactful statement on the roads of Los Angeles with a fresh car wrap. Depending on your vehicle size, materials and design complexity, you could be looking at anything from $1500 – $5000 for full coverage or even more if it’s extra special.

The car wrap design needs to be visible in different weather conditions and suitable for the driving environment. Manage the client’s expectations by showing them a realistic version of the design. You can do this by dropping the design onto a photo of the vehicle, as it'll help them visualize how the final graphics will look. Colors can be brand specific, but your options can depend on the final product. They can feature any message, style or information you desire.

Finally, be sure to examine your design from all angles to avoid a potential design “fail” that could occur if logos or images are unintentionally moved, stretched, or distorted. Don’t forget to include the vehicle windows in your measurements if they will also be wrapped. Have your company logo displayed on license plates or have it constantly visible while playing in 3D Changer. Select from several templates and render saved camera positions with just one click.

Each vehicle will have different surface spaces to think about. For example, it could have a sliding door where letters disappear once opened. Plus, the final sticker application will be a simpler process. Other color combinations such as green and orange would work well for a fruit business but not much else. Then, select the vehicle in the app library (availability will depend on the app) and apply the new paint color—select preview to view.

Army Design Methodology: Operational Art in Combat Article The United States Army

army design methodology

As the United States continues to provide equipment and resources, the operational approach of Ukraine will aid in achieving its desired results. As they continue to refine their operational approach, it is critical to document the results for better planning in the future. However, leaders must question assumptions as a risk-mitigating measure to help avoid poorly stating a problem. If the planning team does not validate assumptions when framing the problem, false assumptions will eventually become a risk to the operation (Joint Chiefs of Staff, 2020). Returning to the example of protecting a supply route, questioning the assumption that an enemy force will attack the supply route will help the planning team determine the military force required for the security mission. Staff members on the planning team that questioned assumed obstacles would lead to properly framing the problem.

On the micro-scale, LTC Moore’s only concern at Ia Drang was the NVA escaping across the border. He did not appear to consider the future states of Cambodian citizens, potential civilians in the area, or other actors to aid in understanding the OE. LTC Moore’s only concern was getting to the end state of destroying his adversary (Builder et al., 1999).

Army Design Methodology: Operational Art in Combat

army design methodology

Narrative construction uses words to give meaning to individuals, things, and events (DA, 2015). The purpose of a narrative is to tell a story and improve understanding of a visual model. For instance, creating a paragraph helps define a visual model to provoke thinking and learning, which helps reveal meaning in the facts presented for analysis. Narrative and visual modeling are essential in creating framing solutions to improve the activities involved in developing an operational approach.

Framing Solutions in Army Design Methodology

In the last ten years, the topic of design was a source of conflict between many military leaders who believed it was already inherent in the military decision-making process. Design, however, should be considered less as a process, and more as a way of thinking about complexity. While design doesn’t eliminate all error, it is a proven tool used by many disciplines to develop creative ways to approach complex situations that can enhance the detailed planning offered by the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP). This paper will first explain the key concepts of the Army Design Methodology (ADM) and how they relate to MDMP.

According to the Department of the Army (2022b), unit leaders are responsible for creating professional development programs that enhance understanding of mission-critical tasks. Operational art relies on the knowledge, experience, and creativity of the commander and staff to understand the current state of the OE and how to integrate capabilities to achieve victory (Department of the Army, 2015). The American command employed operational art by identifying which resources would best achieve the end state.

He currently attends the Sergeants Major Course at the US Army Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce major in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management majoring in Organizational Leadership.

The Army Design Methodology: Enhancing Decision-Making in a Complex World

However, the ADM concept of operational art has a more considerable impact on the use of military force when combined with the concept of systems thinking. In 2008, the US Army published The U.S. Army Commander’s Appreciation and Campaign Design after leaders found that the Army frequently operates in highly complex environments. A lack of understanding side-effects and repercussions of their actions often reduced the effectiveness or exacerbated the issues at hand. To deal with this complexity, the Army had to adopt a new approach to solving ill-structured problems.

The data charts would serve as good visual modeling products and help the SGM formulate a narrative supporting the ADM process. Through data analysis, the Financial Management SGM can help train the staff on framing the problem using data analysis to identify obstacles. Using data analytics as a financial management example, visualizing the spending rate of an organization’s status of funds will determine if the commander’s end state is trending correctly. Framing the problem using ADM concepts, and tools and techniques is challenging, but the SGM is the right person to facilitate the ADM activity within an organization.

During a brainstorming session, questioning assumptions by the planning team further integrates ADM tools and techniques. As Soldiers assigned to the SGM-A learned during practical exercises, understanding framing the problem within the ADM process will lead to appropriate facilitation in organizations. T he current strategic operating environment in which US military forces operate has changed significantly in the past 20 years. The US military has shifted its strategy from a reactive, conventional-planning focus to one that encompasses a proactive, shaping strategy that focuses on a broad array of threats. Inherent within this shaping strategy is the requirement to set environmental conditions that directly or indirectly support US goals and objectives. To develop and execute a successful strategy, an in-depth understanding of the social make-up of the environment, to include the cultural, historical, religious, economic, and political aspects of that social framework, is necessary.

Second, it will discuss organizational characteristics essential for making ADM useful and explore them through historical and theoretical examples showing the unique value of ADM. According to DA (2015), critical thinking uses questioning, reflective judgment, and appreciation of differences that make each situation unique. In contrast, creative thinking creates innovative ideas that lead to new perspectives and approaches to a situation. An example of applying critical and creative thinking is when staff members analyze different solutions that best solve an identified problem. For instance, Ducich et al. (2016) described that the PATT initially thought of a progressive, linear approach to training. Upon further analysis, the team adopted a spiral development approach to achieve a better end state.

Collaboration and dialogue between CDRs and staff create an important learning environment in which members can think critically and creatively with a candid and open exchange of ideas. “Collaboration and dialogue help develop shared understanding between the CDR and staff and externally with other CDRs and unified action partners” (DA, 2015, p. 1-7). For instance, collaboration and dialogue usually happen in working group meetings where participants exchange opinions and encourage competition of ideas. Both enhance understanding, improve group thinking, and eventually produce a better solution to solve a problem. The knowledge developed in working groups produces a frame of reference for developing solutions that help build a visual model and narrative.

Within the ADM process, commanders and staff members apply the use of operational art to all significant activities, including framing problems. Operational art is the cognitive approach to developing strategies, campaigns, and operations which defines the purpose of military force at all levels of war (Joint Chiefs of Staff, 2022). Operational art also has elements that support the concept, such as identifying centers of gravity, establishing decisive points, and creating lines of operation and effort. Under contingency operations, leaders can leverage operational art to determine the required military force to provide security along a main supply route.

Framing Solutions in Army Design Methodology

Framing the problem identifies obstacles impeding progress toward the commander’s desired end state. Framing activities help leaders frame a problem including reviewing the environmental frame, identifying problems and mapping out their relationships, and using a narrative and graphics to capture the problem frame (Department of the Army, 2015). The purpose of problem framing is to determine which obstacles are impeding the end state.

Using the Army Design Methodology Process to Frame Problems

army design methodology

Soldiers attending the Sergeants Major Academy (SGM-A) use practical exercises in a small group setting to help develop graphics and narratives depicting framing a problem to prepare for future positions as senior enlisted advisors. In addition to practical exercises, Soldiers attending the SGM-A receive instructions on ADM concepts such as operational art and systems thinking to help reinforce framing problems and framing activities. As the senior enlisted advisor within a financial management organization, the Financial Management SGM is responsible for coordinating and providing fiscal assets to commanders. A significant part of financial management operations revolves around managing budgetary resources within the OE, often involving data analytics (Department of the Army, 2014). A Financial Management SGM can facilitate framing the problem in an organization using regression models and predictive analysis when reviewing data.

Army Design Methodology: Framing the Operational Environment

American leaders took into consideration the future state of the NVA and acted to prevent it. According to Builder et al. (1999), Americans in Vietnam considered themselves superior to the North Vietnamese Army (NVA) and did little to understand the situation in depth. Americans believed that the most challenging part of the war was finding the enemy to destroy them.

The Army Design Methodology: Enhancing Decision-Making in a Complex World

According to the Department of the Army (2020), “the SGM is key in the training and operations planning process, leveraging their experience and vast technical and tactical knowledge to advise the staff” (p. 2-5). With so much influence and knowledge, SGMs can facilitate framing the problem in organizations. Operations SGMs and Financial Management SGMs have the platform to facilitate the ADM process in organizations.

When an operational approach applies changes to parts of the system, this may produce a behavior or outcome that is favorable or unfavorable. For this reason, critical thinking and systems thinking are essential when planning an operational approach to have a good outcome. Planners use the elements of operational art, the understanding gained from the OE, and problem frames, to formulate a possible operational approach. An example that illustrates these activities happened in the battle between Ukraine and Russia. Davydenko et al. (2022) reported that Ukraine’s military identified Russia’s COG and applied an indirect approach by targeting its logistics hub as a decisive point to weaken its COG. Ukraine’s military devised lines of operations against all supporting elements of Russia’s combat troops to diminish their capabilities, by seizing key terrains and continuous refinement of their operational approach to keep their advantage against Russia.

These activities help ensure that the operational approach is feasible for further detailed planning development. Reviewing the environmental and problem frames before developing an operational approach is critical in ensuring that the data collected is still applicable and current. For instance, staff must review whether conditions in the OE are still the same whenever operations start, to ensure that desired effects are still achievable.

Inputs from disparate individuals vis-à-vis agencies are sought and deliberated upon, to ‘arrive’ at the most optimum decision outcome. More precisely, the military decision-making process relies on analyses, inputs and recommendations from various staff echelons, made under the overarching objective of assisting and lending clarity to the commander’s intent. The commander and staff normally work in a group/collective environment to plan, synchronise and control/ guide various small and large scale operations. The assumption underpinning the entire process is that inputs from all agencies/ individuals/are unbiased and attuned to ensure the meeting of command objectives in the best possible way. While such a rubric of decision-making model seems, and in most junctures, is, ‘fool-proof,’ with oversight mechanisms at every level, it is not without its underlying vulnerabilities and ‘pressure points’. The paper attempts to uncover a few such psychological pressure points and vulnerabilities which currently prevail in the decision making paradigm.

Historically, commanders (CDRs) and staff manage complex situations within an operational environment (OE) that continuously changes. Army design methodology (ADM) provides an approach to dealing with unfamiliar and complex problems. “ADM is a methodology for applying critical and creative thinking to understand, visualize, and describe problems and approaches to solving them” (Department of the Army [DA], 2019, p. 2-16). An example of a complex situation that needs a solution is Ellyatt’s (2022) report on Russian forces invading Ukraine to demilitarize the country. The situation is extraordinarily complex and requires unique solutions to alleviate the suffering of Ukrainian citizens and help keep their sovereignty.

Army Design Methodology: Framing the Operational Environment

These ideas allowed the design team to look at many past operations in Afghanistan and develop better ways of executing them with a plan to sustain the progress and momentum. Depending on the size of the team, members potentially had as many as five specific categories that required in-depth research to understand the complexity of the subject matter. Tactical and policy-level decision-making in the armed forces and larger government institutions adheres to a collaborative paradigm.

A systems perspective identifies relationships between groups, networks, governments, multinational corporations, etc., and how they may alter the OE (Department of the Army, 2015). The Army Design Methodology is a strategic and very intense 10-lesson design course grounded in theory, history, philosophy, and doctrine. During the seminar, Duke Leaders learned how to apply critical and creative thinking skills to understand, visualize, and describe complex, ill-structured problems and how to develop approaches to solve them. Design has been carried forward into the August 2012 ADP 5-0 and ADRP 5-0 as "Army Design Methodology", which is complementary to the MDMP and Troop Leading Procedures. As referenced in ADP 5-0, The Army design methodology is a methodology for applying critical and creative thinking to understand, visualize, and describe unfamiliar problems and approaches to solving them (emphasis included in ADP).

Today’s military strategists and operational planners must be able to visualize the environment in all of its complexity to understand the competing actors and interests required in a shaping strategy. This ability to visualize actors and trends in time and space is known as operational art, further d... Tools and techniques of the ADM process include brainstorming, researching, mind mapping, meta-questioning, questioning assumptions, and four ways of seeing (Department of the Army, 2015). Brainstorming is a type of collaboration that generates keywords and initial ideas for further research and analysis. The analysis of ideas occurs when the planning team acquires more breadth and depth on the situation.

“A decisive point is a geographic place, specific key event, critical factor, or function that, when acted upon, allows CDRs to gain a marked advantage over an adversary or contribute materially to achieving success” (JCS, 2020, p. IV-32). An example of a decisive point is Ukraine’s successful disruption of the Russian military’s logistics which caused the Russians to abandon their vehicles due to a lack of fuel supplies (Davydenko et al., 2022). The analysis used in identifying a COG with its critical requirements and vulnerabilities, which also helps determine a decisive point, indicates systems thinking. Collaboration and dialogue occur between more than two people or organizations and build a mutual understanding of the OE, resulting in a unity of effort.

In 1809 Finland had been ceded to Russia by the Swedes, although the Finns did retain a considerable amount of autonomy. They kept their own legal system, religion, and were exempt from Russian military service. From 1917 on, Finland was independent until it was invaded by the USSR in 1944. Even though Finland had to concede some land, it was able to defend its territory and was never a Soviet State. As a result, unlike the Estonians, Finnish attitudes toward Russia are warm and cold, depending on the time.

Even if you were previously uninformed about Russian art, the Russian Museum is the perfect primer for the local art scene. Spend the day perusing the museum at your leisure, then bring all sorts of art history tidbits back to the ship with you. Elaborate and breathtaking, this Russian Orthodox cathedral is one of the most recognizable sights in all of St. Petersburg. The mosaics and colorful domes are what the cathedral is famous for, along with it being the site of an assassination attempt of Tsar Alexander II.

The impressive Church of St. Dmitri on the Blood, with its classic onion domes and blood red walls, is a fine example of classic Russian architecture. We love hearing from guests about their time in Russia and one comment often hear is how surprised people are by the Russian capital. We can’t say for certain what people expected but we do know that it’s always far removed from what they imagined!

Please make sure to start the process in a timely manner, so as to avoid any last-minute pressure. Russian is spoken, and don't expect everyone to know English (except, of course, for your well-versed tour guides, who will be by your side the majority of the time). For better prices, get some rubles at an ATM in the cruise terminal or in the city, although many street vendors and shops do take dollars or euros. Just make sure to call your bank and let them know you're traveling in advance; Russia is well-known for scams, and transactions there will be noted.

Commanding any ship is a complex role that calls for a long list of skills. Captains know their vessels inside out as well as well as the routes they sail and when things don’t go to plan, they have to make instant decisions. Above all though, the most important part of the job, underpinning everything they do, is to keep the ship and everyone aboard safe. The Captain’s cocktail party is a great and a wonderful opportunity for passengers and crew to get acquainted as the gets underway. A typical rural hamlet brought to life by warm and welcoming villagers.

Otherwise, biking and taking a taxi or shuttle bus from the port into the center of town are great bets for getting around during your St. Petersburg cruise stop. It’s about a 30-minute drive from the cruise port to the city center, or around 45 minutes to get to the Hermitage Museum. The Winter Palace also comprises part of the Hermitage Museum, but you could easily spend your entire time there simply walking the colorful grounds, where the palace glitters in gold and teal blue.

In a nutshell, a cruise ship captain’s salary can vary based on several factors, with experience being the most significant. Ship size, education, and location also play a role in determining their earnings. Additionally, the weekly or monthly cruise ship captain salary might not be the full picture. Generally speaking, the top salaries in the cruise ship industry can be found at Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, and Royal Caribbean.

Quite simply, the more years of experience they have as an actual captain, the more they can expect to be paid. Historically, the maritime industry has been male-dominated, but in recent years, there has been a positive shift towards greater gender diversity and inclusion. For example, the salaries in India do not reach the levels seen in North America and Europe. The mean salary is more or less of INR 1,800,000 which is like 20,000 dollars. The Guardian (source) estimates a salary of $164,000- $190,000 per year.

Factors that influence the Captain’s salary

Captains working for major cruise lines such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and MSC are very well compensated. In case of emergencies, the captain’s leadership is crucial and they must be experts in managing crises or difficult situations. There are usually quite a few officers, safety officers, and cadets, all of whom work together to ensure a smooth safe sailing. On every cruise ship, you’ll find a variety of staff members who work on the bridge. That said, I let the captain of the cruise ship shave my head, yes really! I was taking part in ‘Brave the Shave’ to raise money for a cancer support charity.

How Many Captains Are On A Cruise Ship?

Yes, cruise ship captains often receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and sometimes even educational benefits for family members. They also enjoy perks like free meals and accommodations, access to ship facilities, and travel opportunities. In this section, we dissect the components of a cruise ship captain’s salary, providing insight into what captains really earn and the elements that shape their compensation. It is also interesting to note that other positions earn more than that of a cruise ship captain.

The onboard training they receive is essential to gaining the knowledge required to captain a vessel. They are responsible for the safety and must handle all the cruise operations to satisfy all the guests. The cruise captains unlock their excision options along with the other perks.

Salary Of Captains Of Popular Cruise Lines

For leadership staff on board cruise ships, the annual salary can be much higher from $30,000 to $100,000. Increasingly we are also seeing captains being required to serve a PR role that they didn't used to be required to do. This is reflected in both a higher salary as well as the individual captains being able to earn additional income outside of the salary they get from the cruise line. The cruise director, responsible for entertainment and activities, also ranks among the higher-paid positions.

Can Women Be Cruise Captains?

It’s quite common for the captain of a cruise ship to be a prominent part of guest’s weddings if they choose to get married on board. On a cruise ship, you’ll find various teams who will look after different parts of the ship, the engines, and navigational equipment, for example. Employment found on ships is not typically glamourous, as one might expect. For example, if you include gratuities, an assistant waiter could range from $900-$2,220 monthly. Experienced dining room servers can generate $3,200 per month, with the assistant maître d’ earning $4,000-plus in pay.

Does a Cruise Captain Have to Go Down With the Ship?

There is, of course, a lot of variety within the salary of cruise Captains. The river cruise Captain has similar responsibilities when it comes to safety and planning. Cruise ship Captains will often be responsible for speaking to guests over the tannoy and explaining things about sailing – such as the cruise route, weather, and speed.

Their role is demanding, requiring years of experience, special skills, and long hours. Being a cruise ship captain demands immense responsibility, with duties spanning safety, navigation, crew management, and compliance with international laws. With a decade of firsthand experience in the cruising industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricacies and wonders that these majestic vessels hold. Along with the degrees, leadership skills are also key to becoming a successful cruise captain.

The crew will take turns working in shifts to ensure that the bridge is always manned. Traditionally a captain must always ‘Go down with the ship’ meaning that the captain shouldn’t leave the ship until the last person on board has left. After the contract finishes, captains return home for two to three months of rest. I asked the captain why he chose to make the change, and he said that cruising offered the chance to see more of the world.

Carnival Fires 150 Crew Members from India for Protesting Low Cruise Ship Wages - Cruise Law News

Carnival Fires 150 Crew Members from India for Protesting Low Cruise Ship Wages.

Being a cruise captain is an incredibly difficult and demanding job, cruise captains often work for long periods and are responsible for many things onboard the ship. The safety of the guests and crew is primarily the responsibility of the captain and the captain is in charge of sailing the cruise ship between ports. In this article, we explore everything that a cruise ship Captain does and look at how much a cruise captain can expect to earn. Entry-level kitchen positions usually have the lowest wages found on cruise ships. However, on the plus side, they have the highest opportunities for advancement. Furthermore, wages may be low in this area, but the tips and gratuities make up for 95% of the difference.

Whether you desire adventure, luxury, or exploration, High Seas Cruising is your compass to unforgettable cruise vacations. Cruise ship captains work up to 12 hours a day, although this can extend to 12 to 16 hours, depending on the vessel’s size and itinerary. The exact number of working hours varies with the type of cruise line, vessel size, and the specific itinerary of the voyage. A captain’s education begins at a recognized maritime academy or university. Candidates pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Science or Nautical Science. The formal education teaches navigation, naval laws, ship construction, and safety at sea.

You’ll surely reach your dream destination if you’re dedicated to becoming a successful cruise captain and truly passionate about your work. Along with these 8 years of professional education, you also need solid experience in the maritime industry and a valid license and certification from authorized organizations. The first thing that every cruise line needs is an experienced individual capable of handling the colossal vessel. Even if they go with very little or no sleep for several weeks at a time, they can look forward to the subsequent 10 weeks of relaxation.

But, the reality is a tad less glam and a whole lot more work than you might think. A captain will never allow passengers to notice if they are having a bad day, are stressed, or if they haven’t even slept. However, when it comes to communication within their job, they do incorporate some things that are unknown to a regular passenger. A Carnival Cruise captain salary has not been publicly shared, as most individuals prefer to keep their salaries private. Captains will need to have passed the Federal Maritime Authority captain’s license exam once they have 10 years of experience. Cruise captains tend to work in rotation, working 8 to 10 weeks on the ship followed by 8 to 10 weeks off-ship all covered by the salary.

A perfect example of this is Captain Kate McCue, who has amassed nearly half a million Instagram followers. She is one of the youngest cruise ship captains but also among the most highly paid. For instance, chief engineers and hotel managers on cruise ships also command high salaries but generally fall slightly below the captain’s earnings.
